Olayinka Olaitan Aremu, fondly called (Nurse Coach Ola) is a seasoned Registered Nurse, Midwife, Public Health Nurse and boast of over 12 years of expertise in nursing education, management, community health, and clinical practice.
Currently, an Assistant Professor in General Nursing in University College Dublin Ireland. A Doctoral Researcher at Trinity College Dublin where she is actively involved in developing a nurse-led Co-design care transition tool for nurse-to-nurse older adults discharge communications.
Olayinka is also the Founder and CEO of NCO Healthcare Consulting Ltd, a global healthcare consulting providing healthcare operations management services, healthcare recruitment and trainings.
Olayinka is the Presiding President of the Association of Nigerian Nurses in Ireland. Her achievements include Nurse of the Year 2023 and the Black Excellence Award.
As a serial Entrepreneur, she is dedicated to promoting the health of the vulnerable population with a great zest for innovative and remarkable development in nursing practice.
Olayinka Aremu is an independent nurse coach and mentor branded as a Nurse Coach Ola. She is also an Executive Nurse mentor with Black women leaders in nursing and the NCO Mentorship Academy.
A prolific author and speaker, she is committed to career development and mentoring, healthcare innovation, education, and improving the well-being of diverse communities. Married with two children, Olayinka is a dedicated gospel minister and advocate for workplace Equality Diversity and Inclusion and women’s leadership
